Leave a reviewI have been buying Kelly Bronze turkeys from here for about the last 6 years and they are just wonderful. I first saw the turkeys running round a field as I was driving past and thought 'they've had a happy life, I can eat one of those at Xmas with a clear conscience!' I cook them exactly as per the instructions given. No getting up early to get the bird in for hours and hours of cooking. I had a 7 kilo one this year and it took about 2 3/4 hours. The breast meat was just fabulous, so succulent and tender. And it was as good cold as it was hot. I wouldn't consider buying anything else.

Grown to maturity using slow growing breeds all our birds are hand plucked, 'game hung' and dry aged - all important contributing factors for high quality, superior tasting meat.
