Went originally to see the animals - as a childminder a free adventure is always brilliant! Absolutely loved it, went back the nex weekend with my husband for a meal. Table dirty, asked twice for it to be cleaned and then only did the half we were on, food very expensive but setting so lovely. My son and his girlfriend went the next week and spent a pleasant couple of hours on a usually boring Sunday afternoon.Will be taking the children back again

Lovely surroundings, beautiful bright and characterful restaurant, helpful and friendly staff and truly freshly-cooked delicious wholesome food which is not expensive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cannot disagree more profoundly with last review -service excellent, food well cooked and loads of it -you don't need an extra side dish, very competitive price and gorgeous views. highly recommended.
