She currently holds 9 different breeds on her farm and is committed to the development and preservation of her rare breed animals.
We work closely with The Rare Breeds Survival Trust to help preserve the breeds and inform the public about their importance.
All our stock is raised traditionally, in a naturally stress free environment and handled with care and consideration producing meat of outstanding quality and flavour, which is pure, simple and delicious!
