Our El Salvador coffee hails from the Las Isabellas farm, nestled in the south face of "Cerron Grande" in Apaneca, Western El Salvador.
Grown at 1200 to 1450m altitude, this blend of Pacamara and Bourbon is part of the Blue Harvest project. Spanning 175 acres, Las Isabellas boasts natural forests, springs, and waterfalls.
Certified by the Rainforest Alliance, owned and managed by Jose Roberto Santamaria, this farm produces a sweet, mild coffee with delightful hints of plums and chocolate.
This is a smooth coffee with delightful plum and chocolate notes.
