This coffee originates in Ethiopia's renowned Yirgacheffe region. Cultivated at elevations of 1700 to 2000 meters, harvested from October to December, and fully washed, these coffee trees belong to the exceptional Heirloom variety.
Anticipate unique and floral notes, reminiscent of Earl Grey tea and whisky !!
