Made with marrows from Sherston and Dauntsey Park and with apples from Corston, Rodbourne, and our own garden, this fruity chutney is a wonderful accompaniment with cheese and cold meats. It has a healthy ginger kick of goodness, and we enjoy it as a general condiment with quiche, ploughman’s, pasties, sausage rolls, and in our sandwiches.

Ingredients: marrows, onions, garlic, apples, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, fresh ginger, raisins
