One of the earliest plums. Very good as a dessert plum when ripe. Otherwise a good plum for cooking and making jam. Plums round oval dark blue with a heavy bloom and golden yellow flesh. Heavy cropping. Requires pollination.
On moderate vigour St Julien A rootstock. One year 'maiden' tree 1.8m+ tall. Can grow to 3.5-5.5m height and spread in 10+ years.
