So what about the Heather Honeycomb itself? A honey classified as a "Superfood". 10 times more Manganese than any other honey! Honey in its purest form. Raw, natural, and unprocessed Scottish Heather Honeycomb.
The honeycomb is made in individual "sections", the bees make the wax and fill it full of heather honey. The weight is therefore an average of 400g.
Simply cut the comb from the section and enjoy. Even the wax is consumable.
