We also provide a hog roast service in Shropshire, Staffordshie and Cheshire with our own Gloucester Old Spot pigs.

Our customers have the right to trace their food back to its place of origin. The way animals are reared, housed and slaughtered is important. We care for the animals and ensure a happy stress free life. We have a great team of staff who take great care in preparing our delicious meats which ensures quality of the highest standard. Our beef cattle are raised on ancient grasslands full of herbs and wild flowers. This wonderful ancient mixed diet creates fabulous tasting beef. Reducing transport distances to our dedicated abattoir enables the animals to arrive stress free and relaxed. All our carcasses are hung for at least 21 days,. Our experienced butchers, Geoff, Mike, Darren and Faye work to the highest standards to produce the best beef you’ll ever taste. All our Gloucester Old Spot pigs are reared at Gate farm and a few dedicated small breeders. We are passionate about animal welfare and ensure our pigs have access to the outdoors and live stress free lives. Our lamb is always the Suffolk breed, known for growing slowing and developing a fabulous flavour with exquisite fat covering – a delicacy. And finally our chicken is reared in Leominster by the Mee brothers from Springfield farm. They have constant access to the open fields and are very happy chickens indeed.
