Letheringsett Watermill

A speciality wheat, Spelt is milled here at Letheringsett. Originally introduced to Britain by the Romans, Spelt is higher in vitamin B and protein and other wheat, and most wheat sensitive people can tolerate Spelt flour in their diet.
