Back again. Saw Jack today at the Cirencester farmers market. I\'ve tried a few artisan bacon\'s since buying jack\'s a month ago, but nothing compares to his. This afternoon I\'ve had some of his monstrous pork loin chops. As expected they are amazing. No water in them, a really beautiful taste of quality and it\'s clear he will only use the very best local pork. He\'s a young guy who is definitely going to be a big name locally. This is down to his quality products and determination to only sell the best. Can\'t wait to buy more next time I\'m around.

Jack really knows his stuff. His sausages are legendary and his smoked back and streaky bacon is the best you can buy. Very lucky to have such quality locally.
