Deep Fried Suffolk Brie In Golden Breadcrumbs
We took one of the best loved Gastro dishes of all time and upgraded it with one of the UKs best cheeses and added some truffle. Over the top? Quite possibly. Absolutely delicious? Most definitely.

Ingredients

Baron Bigod (55%) (Milk), Egg, Panko Breadcrumbs (16%) (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Yeast, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), Salt), Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Milk, Truffle Oil (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Olive Oil, Truffles, Truffle Flavouring), Salt, Ground Black Pepper.

Made in an environment that handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, cereals, eggs, molluscs, nuts, sesame seeds, and sulphites

Cooking Instructions

FROM FROZEN

Preheat the oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 15 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
FROM DEFROSTED
Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost in a fridge for 24 hours or until completely thawed. Preheat the oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 5. Remove sleeve and film, put on a baking tray and place on the middle shelf. Cook for 7 mins or until piping hot. Remove baking tray and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Please keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours of defrosting. Treat these steps as guidelines, as all appliances vary. Do not reheat.
