These lush ‘Merryweather’ damson plums are from the Vale of Evesham, Worcester, and Rodbourne, Wiltshire. It is a sweet rather than a tart jam and will have fruity bits and skin to give it some extra body and depth. Be mindful of any rogue damson stones that missed our rigorous straining process. Stir it into your oatmeal or dollop it into your porridge. Mix it into your morning yogurt, or slather your toast or pancakes.
