Quinces are a part of the apple family, the rosewater adds sweetness and fragrance. These quinces are from local Lea and Dauntsey gardens, including ours. This rose-coloured and rose-flavoured jam is the perfect part of a cheeseboard, or alongside pork or game dishes. Its also a good pork sandwich filler, or just delicious on toast
