Grown in Sherston and inspired an old recipe courtesy of the Dauntsey Park kitchen garden, this is a refreshingly light, piquant and crisp cucumber pickle. It is flavoursome and versatile and works brilliantly with smoked fish, cold meats and salty cheese. You could add a spread of Dijon mustard and have it with pastrami to make a New York style sandwich
