With produce from the Dauntsey Park kitchen garden and The Old Rectory garden, this gentle spicy chutney is delicious with a cold meats, in a ploughman’s, in a meat or cheese sandwich or on a cheese board. The ginger and mustard seeds give it a delicate spicy bite, but not so much to overpower your cheese and other flavours. The brown sugar brings a light molasses flavour.
