Inspired by a side dish served with a charcuterie sharing board at The Somerford Arms, in Little Somerford, Wiltshire, this pickle has a crisp, fresh taste with a few popping aromatics to burst with flavour in the mouth. Serve it in the side or add it to salads for a burst of sharpness. Or you can add it to wraps and sandwiches for a bit of crunch and zing. Or just eat it from the jar, which is what we do.
