Made from ruby red grapefruit with hand cut peel this marmalade is lovely and bitter, made to our own recipe. The shreds are coarse cut, by hand, along with the flesh and juice of the grapefruit, giving the marmalade a lovely red colour. This is not suitable for anyone taking statins.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, grapefruits, lemon juice.
