For groups of four: a hands-on introduction to the principles and practice of preserving.



We use only locally sourced produce, as much as possible grown here at Eastgate.



Lunch will be provided and I will show you round our smallholding.



Cost per group of four: £360 including refreshments and lunch, recipes and your ‘take home’ preserves (three jars of each flavour).
