Quinces are a part of the apple family. We mixed quinces and apples together for this delicious tasting jam. The quinces and apples are all from local Lea and Dauntsey gardens, including ours. We have used this season’s overwhelming harvest to make a variety and different quince based jams and jellies. This rose-coloured jam is the perfect part of a cheeseboard, or alongside pork or game dishes. Its also a good pork sandwich filler.

Ingredients: sugar, quince, apples, lemon, pectin

Jar size 275g, contents 227g minimum

Prepared with: 50g fruit per 100g

Total sugar content: 50g per 100g
