Quinces are a part of the apple family. These quinces are from local Lea and Dauntsey gardens, including ours. We have used this season’s overwhelming harvest to make quince jams and jellies. This rose-coloured jelly is the perfect part of a cheeseboard, or alongside pork or game dishes. It’s also a good pork sandwich filler. Try it as an alternative to apple sauce

Ingredients: quinces, lemon, sugar, water, pectin
