This recipe has been passed down through many generations of a local family. These quinces are from local Lea and Dauntsey gardens, including ours. We have used this season’s overwhelming harvest to make many different quince preserves. This rose-coloured marmalade is delicious on your morning toast. Try is as an alternative to orange marmalade.

Ingredients: quinces, apples, oranges, sugar

Jar size 275g, contents 227g minimum

Prepared with: 50g fruit per 100g
