With produce from the Dauntsey Park kitchen garden and our garden at The Old Rectory, this gentle spicy chutney is delicious with cold meats, in a ploughman’s, in a meat or cheese sandwich or on a cheese board. The ginger and mustard seeds give it a delicate spicy bite, but not so much to overpower your cheese and other flavours. The brown sugar brings a light molasses flavour.

Ingredients: courgettes, apples, onions, sultanas, chilli flakes, root ginger, salt, cider vinegar, brown sugar, coriander seeds, MUSTARD seeds, peppercorns
