This sweet and sticky festive savoury chutney is rich and thick, and the ruby port and red wine gives it a sweetness and depth. It’s almost like a savoury marmalade. Perfect with some cheese on a cracker, especially soft cheese like a brie, or a goat’s cheese. It’s great in a sandwich, it also pairs well with cold turkey, chicken or ham, burgers, sausages and pork pies.
