A light, tangy condiment to encapsulate the essence of the wonderful British seaside and the perfect accompaniment for the classic Fish and Chips, in place of salt, vinegar and tartare sauce. Equally delicious with smoked salmon and salad or barbequed fish.

Ingredients: Tomatoes 29%, onion 27%, white wine vinegar (sulphur dioxide), brown sugar 61.6g, lemon juice, garlic, salt, dill, tarragon.

Store in a cool, dry environment. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 weeks.
