Owner-gourmet Alice Talbot, who established her business in 2021, is stirring up new age interest in preserves and jarred condiments, and her unique recipes and creative flavour combinations have already received plaudits from notable experts in the food industry. ART's markets a wide and distinctive range of wares, including "alcoholic" jams, and lesser-known fruits in a Scottish Speciality Range; the chutneys are all unique recipes, including the innovative "Seaside Salsa", designed especially to accompany fish. There is always a varied choice, cooked fresh and determined by seasonal harvests.
