Asparagus Salad with Shrimps

Prepare and cook the asparagus.

When cold cut the tender portions into small pieces and put them into a bowl with the shrimps. Mix lightly with enough mayonnaise sauce to dress.

Serve on a dish in the centre of a border of sliced hard-boiled egg.
