Line an 8 inch pie plate with half the pastry
Remove rind and chop bacon and sprinkle in pie plate
beat the eggs with milk and add seasoning and parsley
Pour over the bacon

bake at 220C for 10 minutes reduce heat to 170 and cook for a further 20-25minutes
