Egg and Bacon Pie

Line an 8 inch pie plate with half the pastry
Remove rind and chop bacon and sprinkle in pie plate
beat the eggs with milk and add seasoning and parsley
Pour over the bacon
Glaze the edge of the pastry and decorate
bake at 220C for 10 minutes reduce heat to 170 and cook for a further 20-25minutes

230gms shortcrust or flaky pastry

120gms of bacon

4 eggs

1/2 pint of milk

large pinch of salt

Pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
