I make my own bread rolls, using a breadmaker to make the dough. I use Maltstar flour, the only things I add are a few mixed seeds and sesa me oil. I very seldom eat any other bread as it is so full of flavour and satisfying.

I recently bought a few bags of flour milled by Stoats, through Bakery Bits; including brown flour. I am a qualified baker, and of all the flours I have used in making bread, Stoats brown flour is absolutely wonderful, with a loaf full of taste and well risen. I have recently re-started making bread at home, and Stoats flour has not failed to impress. Best wishes Stoats

Michael the miller is great, and so is his flour. Local flour, milled from grain from the Tarrant valley - that is provenance for you. organic stoneground is the best you can buy.
